Cowans Farm Guest House ~ Booking

Three Ways to Book:

1. We take all major Credit / Debit Cards (excluding American Express) - to book by phone call 01387 760284.
2. By Cheque – please make payable to "Cowans Farm Guest House" and send to Cowans Farm Guest House, Kirkgunzeon, Dumfries, DG2 8JY
   
   A £25 per person deposit is required to secure all bookings using the above to methods.
3. Online Booking System
   via Easy Bookings, validated and using SSL for secure transactions.
   
   Fixit Knowledge Solutions holds a website identity assurance warranty of $10,000. This means that you are insured for up to $10,000 when relying on the information provided by IdAuthority on this site.
   
   Deposits are calculated at 25% of the total booking price – excludes 1 night bookings which are payable in advance.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• "No shows" and / or cancelling within a 48 hour period - the full amount will be payable.

• If cancelling with notice for the room (s) to be re-let a charge of £50.00 per room will be made.
• Cancelling a 3 day or longer booking a 50% fee will be payable.
